Bernardo Karate would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Sempai Julia Campbell and Sempai Dan Coughlin on their recent engagement. Sempai Dan proposed to Sempai Julia on Sunday, November 2nd at the Grand Bend 2008 Black Belt Presentation Grading. The proposal brought several tears of joy and excitement to those who witnessed Dan's 'engagement ceremony' on stage. Sempai Julia was overwhelmed with joy; no one seemed to hear her response, but it was later confirmed that she did indeed say "YES" to Sempai Dan's proposal! :-)
